Get your Mentions in Order with a Brand New Update: Archive Mentions

Archive

We’re pleased to announce some major new features today. Drum roll please…

To start off with, Mention now has an archive!

The #1 requested feature is now here. Get to “mention zero” and clean up your feed, moving mentions you’d like to keep archived for future replying or exporting. We’ve also added a dedicated “Trash function” separate from marking a mention as Spam, letting you delete mentions without alerting our anti-noise technology. With this new update, there are more ways than ever to organize and keep your feeds exactly as you’d like them. Clean, efficient, ready for anything.

Looks good!

As you can see, this new update takes advantage of brand new controls, letting you organize, categorize, and triage your mentions directly from the feed. We’ve added buttons directly to every mention to help you get through your alerts faster than ever.

Don’t look down!

You may also have noticed a change in the way we organize the different folders in your alert.

New Folders

We’ve moved the “All Types” menu from the bottom of the app to directly under the alert name, allowing you quick and easy access to your Unread, Important, Favorited, Archived, Spammed, and Trashed mentions directly from the main alert list.

And for our Enterprise users, we’ve implemented another major request: new notification emails.

TechCrunch Disrupt Share

Get notified via email whenever a task has been assigned to you by a team member, or when an alert has been shared with you. This is great for staying in the know while you’re away from the office or need to track who’s done what.

This new update is the fastest mention yet, adding new controls and an entire new way to organize your feed.
